Bookkeeping
Daily, monthly, bi-monthly processing performed on Pastel Partner including cashbooks, debtors, creditors, journals. Reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts.
All processing of financial records are done on licensed Pastel Accounting and Payroll software. Backups are performed regularly onto two separate external devices.
VAT returns completed and submitted on eFiling.
Accounting
We provide a monthly financial report in order for you to manage your business more effectively.
We arrange regular meetings with Clients to discuss any queries or concerns relating to their financial reports.
Preparation of Budget and/or forecasting as well as the analysis of actual vs budget
We compile annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS for SMEs.

Company Secretarial
CIPC requires Companies to keep details updated, to submit an annual return along with financials and to make changes as and when required as per the Companies Act. We are able to assist with the preparation, completion and lodgement of these including and not limited to:
- Annual return
- Director amendments
- Change of company name, address, year end, contact details etc
- Register a new Company
We are also able to maintain a share register for your private Company.
BEE Certificates
We make use of a third party company who specialises in BEE for certificates. We will liase on your behalf and assist you with the paperwork required and the completion of the application.
